Heart Practices

In Buddhism, the four divine states are loving-kindness, compassion, joy and equanimity. During this meditation, one or all of these will be incorporated to encourage introspection, as well as individual and spiritual growth. These practices encourage and develop concentration, clarity, emotional positivity, inner peace, and the ability to see the true nature of things. You will learn the patterns and habits of your mind, while discovering a way to cultivate new and more positive ways of being.
