Hey loves, I’m Chrissy.

I am a Life Coach, Reiki Master Meditation Facilitator, Mental Health Ally, and Active Listener.  

Meditation changed my life and helped me to manage my symptoms of Major Depressive Disorder, Anxiety Disorder and ADHD.  

My mission is to provide others with the tools and techniques that helped me recover from a very long battle of depression. These offerings can help whether you are looking to work through symptoms of trauma or mental health or simply experience everyday benefits of consistent practice.

Meditation is one of the best ways to take care of your physical, mental and emotional well-being. I believe the most important thing is to take care of yourself because the better you feel, the better you are, the better you do.

Every Wednesday at 7pm PST, I collaborate with Valia Fitness to offer a free 45 minute Yoga Nidra class.

Due to COVID-19 all classes are being offered virtually through Zoom.
